My son loves this place. They are always good with service
Waited 10 mins and then when I got my food the fries were old and the hotdog was bad. Never again. I will wait until I'm in Oklahoma to eat there again. It is always good there. Just sucks that I have to wait until I go on vacation for my favorite food.
this place had me wait in drive thru for collectively over 30 minutes. first time was about 12 minutes and my order was a single instead of a double. the when I went back to have it fixed waited 20 minutes in line. I seen 2 cars just drive off. they messed it up a 2nd time and put everything on there when I asked for no tomato or pickle. then they clearly picked it apart put a new price of cheese on the old one and sent it back out. by this time the burger was cold. I have never complained at a restaurant in my life. I ran sns for 7 years and know it can be rough but they made no effort to make it right. just awful experience.
I have ordered a Sonic Blast twice from here, and both times the icecream was not mixed well with only oreos being mixed in about half way through, and then plain vanilla icecream on the bottom half. I don't understand why it is not mixed all the way through.
I waited in the drive thru for 50 minutes tonight for 2 cheese burger meals. When I get up to the window, I see my burger fall out of the bag, onto the floor and the employee just picked it up and put it in the bag and hand it to me. I do not know how to even explain my thought or feelings about this.. Every manager I have dealt with there at all hours of the day over the past 6 months have been nothing but rude and disrespectful. There was 1 gentleman manager that was very polite every time I dealt with him. I wish I could deal with him every time I am there. Never going to this sonic again and I am going to be contacting the health department on this.
