If you want Chicago style food don't waste your time or money here go to Portillos! They messed up my order after waiting an hour for it to be delivered. Then when I called to tell them what was wrong they were rude and cutting me off like they could care less to fix the food I paid for. Along with having to wait another hour to get it redone and delievered.
My favorite location by far! i stopped in one evening pretty late and got awesome service along with fresh hot food! I always look to see if a place is clean or not, and this location is spectacular! The night manager is WONDERFUL! Very courteous and helpful! I'll definitely be back

We went in there when they first open it was great food was full of flavors and not to grease. Price just right for monet of food you get. But when went tonight the food is to grease and very little flavors. For the price we payed should gotten more and better.
