I always enjoy stopping in at Fazoli's as we pass through Bloomington because the one in Peoria closed several years ago. The breadsticks are some of the best I've ever had, and I can't get enough of them.
Fazoli's is my personal restraint. Plus the Coca is really good.
Usually good service, but today is was pretty bad. The ravioli was tasteless, the gelatin brownie didn't look anything like the photo. My grandma ordered a salad and it didn't come after we ordered it and she had to ask again for the salad she paid for. The salad was smaller than usual, and my the lettuce was red and bad. When you first sit down, they never gave us breadsticks to start off with. Also, all the knives were missing and there were only a few forks and spoons. There was barely any ice in the ice machine. The service was bad and they acted like it was their first day without training.

The staff was always smiling , the food was fast and the breadsticks are amazing here.
Didn't get to enjoy. We went in, saw tons of hand and finger prints on the glass doors, as we went inside you could see the tables were not clean. Walked out, will find a Fazoli's in another town.
