Went to Menard's to get 1 box of 6' Rope Light to finish project. Got home and the clear rope light didn't match the 12' section. Took back to Menard's for exchange. Must have been in a hurry to get home and forgot to take receipt. So my $5.99 return lights went to $4.99 due to No receipt and my new lights were $7.99 a $3 cost difference which I paid because of my being in a hurry and not grabbing my receipt after I purchased. NEVER again will I forget my receipt at Menard's. Good lesson learned! Took 20 min to exchange. 2 Stars is my rating .
Good prices on cheap items. Always hard to find a knowledgeable associate.
Great Store and Employees. Always helpful the store Manager (Darin) and his crew. There are times I purchase material here and take with me on my jobs as far as Chicago because of their service.
Large selection but worst quality lumber in their stacks. They don't get rid of badly damaged pieces so you spend a lot of time sorting the stack. Also only home improvement chain that doesn't give our veterans a discount on veterans day.
Today, Sunday, my husband and my 3 children went to the menards store, my daughter ate sweets and shot two, I did not realize, and a worker threw a starwars sword, and started insulting, my 5 year old son got scared and my husband was to talk to her, to ask her the name, which she hid ... neither my husband nor my children nor I deserve that treatment, because it was a racist act ... And I ask the supervisors to review the cameras and talk to that will work! because we, like everyone else in this country, pay taxes, we do not live for free, and nobody gives us anyone ... atte: Vicky Nuñez
