I've always had fast service, and a good experiences here.
I purchased a table and some chairs a few years ago. Recently, one of the chair's seats broke. I took in in hoping I could find a replacement part. They do not have parts available for my chair, but the salesmen took the extra step and gave me the seat from another style of chair that would work with mine. Now everyone has a place at my game table again. I just wanted to say I appreciate it.
Worst customer service and horrible on matching up or following up with the delivery date giving incorrect information.
Lots of options at a decent price. Great financing.
I was the first person in the Normal, IL store and the first order on the friday after thanksgiving sale and had to order 3 of the barstools that they had in thier flyer because they did not have any in stock for the sale. I was told they would be in the store with in 3 wks because they were sitting in the warehouse. I called to check on my order today and this time I was told they are now on back order so it would be at least another 3 wks before I can pick them up. I can't even give a review of the quality because I haven't even seen one in person yet.
