This store is amazing. I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years of Lane Bryant, and this particular store is such a breath of fresh air to shop at. Most of the staff are incredibly helpful and kind and ready to tell you honestly how you look or what would go well with what you've bought. They know their store inside and out, so whether you are in a hurry or just looking for an escape, it's ready for any circumstance. I love how there is room to walk around and how things are organized, too. Great store!

Worst customer service I have experience in all my years of living. Never been In a casual so called upscale place where the workers talk about the customers. I came to lane Bryant to work inventory and what I heard come out the black lady mouth was awful she even called a few of us workers bitches for miscounting a area like people don't mess up. Talk about ignorant and the ladies she worked with joined in to laugh. They were even talking about how a customer came in earlier that day trying on clothes that were too small. I highly recommend a new staff I will never spend my money in a wild store like this EVER!!! AND I WOULD LIKE FOR WHO EVER IS OVER THIS STORE TO CONTACT ME ASAP!!!! Im never working for this store doing another inventory in my life. if I was like the next individual it might would have lead to something else but I was not about to have them let me loose my job because of their ignorance. They need to be fired. I have no problem going to the city hall meeting.
I went to this store after shopping multiple places looking for a Mother-of-the- Bride outfit. Kelly was the clerk on duty, and she helped me so much! I didn't get the name of the other girl, but they were both excellent help! I have no fashion sense, and these two had me decked out in the perfect outfit inside of 30 minutes! They are to be commended !! Very friendly, very helpful, I am very happy with my purchase !
