I live in Bloomington,Il and shop at the store in the College Hills Mall. Several times I have returned items that I have purchased, the customer service you receive is horrible. They are rude and inconsiderate. Customer service classes need to be given.

I purchased $500.00 worth of clothing for my mother. I returned $120.00 worth of clothing and it took over 45 minutes to do so. My mother tore off the tags when she was trying them on, when I returned them tonight, the comment was made that if I did not make such a mess and tore off the tages it would have been quicker to return them. My question is "Who is servicing who"? Because of this mess their inventory was going to be off.
