They did a great job with customer service and car detailing! My car was really gross after I had two dogs in my back seat one that got sick and the other that decided to walk in it and spread it over my car! Even though I spent a long time trying to clean it myself it wouldn't come out! I was surprised how completely spotless it was when I came to pick it up! Great place! Great people!
This is the best repair shop! I was in Normal from out-of-state when my engine blew. Diego helped me explore all of my options and then worked hard to locate a used engine with low miles. He negotiated with the supplier the price and ensured that I was given a good warranty on the engine. I was extremely impressed with Diego. He was very honest and fair with me. He even met me on a Sunday morning - a day the shop is normally closed - so that he could inspect the engine one more time before I got on the road for my 10 hour drive home. I highly recommend All About Auto Repair & Detailing!
Courteous, kind and quality assurance is an accurate way to describe All About Auto. Don't look any further in the Normal/Bloomington area- these guys rock!!! Diego and his coworkers are absolutely phenomenal!!! I basically needed an oil change, but I will be coming back to this place for a tune up, detailing and any other issues or concerns I may have with my vehicle. Also, this wasn't a hustle in anyway. I was given an amazing fair price, and the suggestions that were made were accurate assessments about my vehicle, which is a 2005 model.
All About Autos was recommended to us by an auto parts store employee. We had an electrical issue with our headlights. We drove over right away, but didn't expect anyone to be there because it was so late in the afternoon. However, Diego was there waiting for us because the auto parts employee had called him and explained our problem. He was great. We had to return the next day in order to give him time to order parts. Had the van in and out in a very short time. We have been back for 3 other repairs. The staff is always helpful and very patient with our lack of knowledge in answering questions. Although they are very busy, we have never had to wait long to get in, nor for work to be completed. Very reasonably priced as well. We highly recommend All About Autos. You will not be disappointed.
