I consistently have to wait 20-40minutes in the drive through just to get a coffee, and a third of the time my drink is made wrong, and it's messy. Avoid this drive through!! I have switched completely to other coffee shops because if this ):
Standard Starbucks with great coffee. Nothing special with the staff. They got the orders right and were very quick. Has a good size patio with umbrellas for outdoor seating.
I usually go to a different store on Morrissey Avenue but this one was closer and on my way. They ended up remaking my drink and because I was late already I had to take the two that I ordered to go. Extremely unimpressed and let down.

I think Starbucks at this location forgot to pay their heat bill. I realize it’s cold out, but it was totally unbearable. I have visited this location before and the service was so bad I swore I would never return. Now I will be swearing off Starbucks period.
