I got a guinea pig from here, turns out she didn't feel comfortable in a house with dogs because even though my dog never went the same room as her, she started squealing and seemed scared. I went to Petco the next day to return her because They said I could but they told me they couldn't give me a refund but would still take my guinea pig back and put her back on the floor to sell again, even though they are supposed to give refunds guaranteed. It's not right that they're going to say they can't give me a refund, but will of course take the guinea pig back to sell again while they keep my money as well.
Robbie was amazing. He helped me through my darkest days.

Always a nice trip into petco. Staff and management are around to help and everyone is knowledge.
I love Petco because their staff is very knowledgeable and their smiles makes us come back. If we need anything the staff is quick to help. Petco is very conscious about their living creatures and that is a big plus for me.
