Every time I come here they are rude (I now go to meijer) someone hit my car in the parking lot and drove off. I have been waiting for over 20 minutes and have asked three times to talk to a manager or anyone who could help me. I'm beyond frustrated and don't want to pay for the damage of a hit and run.
Edit: once I did get help he was very nice a d so was the officer. Still not my favorite place though.
