The cazones here are so good but to no surprise because everyone talks so highly of this place. boom
We placed an order for delivery for the first time. The calzone that I wanted was no longer on the online ordering. So I called instead, and fortunately they said they could make the one I wanted, which was nice. The calzones are amazing! However, I also ordered bacon cheddar fries, as they are my favorite. I couldn't even eat them. They were way too spicy for me. It was disappointing. I wish they would have added in the description that they are seasoned. It was a waste of money. Their delivery was fairly quick. All in all, not a bad place to eat.
Staff are friendly, and if you choose delivery, it's speedy!
DP Dough has such incredible good! Their calzones are made to order so it is not a place to grab food and run, but the food is so good it is certainly worth the wait! I live in Chicago now and hear people talking about it regularly.
DP Dough calzones are the best alternative to pizza, so much tastier, and so many fillings to choose from. My favorite is the Spinner (but trade out the garlic for jalapenos).
