I have been to this facility several times and been treated intelligently and respectfully. The wait is usually longer-but I expect that at a prompt care facility since no appointments are made in advance.
I took my 3 year old in and was treated horribly by the nurse. He has ADHD and sensory issues and is 3 so he's not easy to keep calm when he has nothing to do. She told me I needed to control my child. Mind you, he was actually listening to me and didn't do anything crazy. He stood on a chair but I had ahold of him and he walked under the computer. That apparently warrants her telling me I need to control him and keep him from getting hurt. And she just kept on berating me until I told her to leave the room. Later, when the doctor was just coming into the room, she stopped to ask if a phone found in the lobby was ours. However, she had an attitude and dirty look on her face. I would have left but I'm sure they would have tried to charge me anyway. The doctor was wonderful though.
Staff break confidence in a patient ignored me as I left when I am in severe pain from my knee and severe bleeding and vomiting plus severe allergies awful place not returning! They don't help you with serious medical issues! Jessica was informative with references that's about it!!! I have an implant that needs out asap they referred me out ridiculous.!
The worst place I have ever been to. I was improperly diagnosed and the doctor seemed to care less and have no clue what he was talking about. I was given chlamydia medicine for strep throat, which is what I actually have but yet he refused to even run a strep test on me and diagnosed me with a sinus infection. He didn't take time to explain anything and the whole staff was kind of rude and in a hurry. So here I am almost 4 days after going and the white spots in my throat have multiplied along with my symptoms. Total waste of time.
They seldom take the time to listen and diagnose properly. They clearly want people in and out and you spend much more time waiting than you do seeing someone. Even when the waiting room is empty during the middle of the day, you still spend more time waiting both in the waiting room and in the treatment room.
ETA: the doctor had told me that my son's ear tubes were no longer in his ears and they was what was wrong with him, why he was pulling on his ears. She was wrong. Even now 6 months later his pediatrician can see them clearly. So turns out while she was nice, she didn't help me at all.
