Worst family practice I've ever been to. The organization simply isn't there.
My practicing physician does not listen to me.Very impatient and lousy bedside manner.She does not address my issues.She said they are going to see me because of my blood pressure.They did not even take my bloodressure at my last appt. I am suffering a fungal infection that is going to kil me.She said I do not have it.I was awarded ssdi because of it. She did NOT Listen!
The doctors my family has had here treat the whole person and offer options of treatment for your issues. Best PCPs I've encountered at Advocate BroMenn.
First of all I never use the Parking garage. I let Valet Parking do that for me. Not sure what the issues are with the other reviews but I have always been treated with respect. Sometimes there can be a long wait but that has to do with medical personal spending more time discussing the health issues with a patient. I highly recommend this facility.
I had to walk at least 6 minutes to the door from the parking lot with my one month old baby it’s cold they gave me tons of paperwork plus paperwork for me and I’m not even the patient about post pardum depression after I already explained to them that I’ve completed this yesterday the nurse had me sat my baby on the weigh scale without paper on it just bare had me remove her diaper took us to another room after I put another diaper on my baby the nurse ask me to remove it again so that she can take her temperature so that’s two wet diapers when it could’ve been just one I had to wipe the lube off of my baby myself I’ve waited longer than 40 minutes to see the doctor himself I originally made this appointment for a birth mark becoming swollen they thought I was here for a check up well child 2 months my baby just turned 1 month she wasn’t even close to being 2 months doctor was very basic they referred me to a children’s hospital/doctor in peoria
