I agree with the below comment. Dr. Misra is also awesome. They are understanding and caring and have no problem explaining. Everyone in the office was very kind and helpful! I have a new G. I. doctor!!!
Honesty until Dr. Wiser retired I loved it here. Then I started having nausea issues that lasted daily for over a year. After multiple tests and bioligical treatments that werent working, i took matters into my own hands and turned to cannabis. It worked wonders and has kept me in remission with only a few very minor flares since I started using it over 2 years ago. When I approached Dr. Schoenig and John Fulk about a letter of reccomendation for my medical cannabis card they laughed in my face. Thankfully I am also.a patient at University of Chicago. Dr. Rubin is a world renowned physician who ended up saving my life after Dr. Schoenig blew me off as a hypochondriac pot head. Rubin is well aware of the positive effects that cannabis has on IBD patients. Did I mention he is also cheif of gastro? This guy knows his stuff. Dr schoenig if you get the chance to read this, Dr. Rubin said you could give him a call and he'd be happy to educate you since you obviously wont do it yourself. I'm sad I had to break up with digestive disease consultants. However im positive I would not be alive today if I had not made that decision. Shame on yoy BroMenn for keeping people who are dying from having a natural, safe, and effective alternative to dangerous opiates and cancer causing biologicals.
