$20 royal wash gets you the worst wash ever. The inside of my car was still wet. There dirt and grime still on the car. Carmats were wet and scrunched up. I had to dry the car all over again because they did such a bad job. The items that were neatly on my back seat were flung to the side. I told the manager how dissatisfied I was with what I paid and all he can say was what do you expect from a $20.00 dollar car wash. I told him in my town I can pay $3.00 -$12.00 and the car is spotless. He was like I don't believe it. I am sorry to say when I have to wipe the car down all over again it isn't called doing your job. You suck!
I don't think people should expect their car to look like it just came off the lot for $20. I love this place!
Rasheed (one of the managers), is truly great. He went above and beyond for me. The whole business is the best. I recommend to anyone who loves their cars to be squeaky clean like myself!
They do great work. If you have a van though, ask if they'll vacuum out the cargo area as well. I don't know if that's normally covered in their service.
These ladies and gentlemen do quality work. The are fast and efficient.. Not perfect, but for the prices it's definitely worth it!! My car was very dirty and now it looks awesome!
They take great care in detailing, vacuuming and washing your vehicle. Tips are optional. I gave them a tip for their great work.
