Awful Service and Order
Have always loved Cookies By Design. We went in today and bought a couple of cookies and they were stale and hard as rocks. Very disappointing for the money that is spent.

I ordered some goodies that were brought to me SMASHED and overpriced. They were gifts that I ordered WEEKS in advance and the lady at the counter was rude that I asked for my PRE-ORDERED goods the day they were needed to be gifted. Absolutely do not go here if you want quality treats, treats on time, or good service. Waist of money!
The cookies are delicious and the service was excellent
My kids and I went here to get a couple cookies for a special treat. They can definitely be a bit pricey but for a special occasion I think it is fine. The "millionaire" cookie was great and my kids loved the frosted sugar cookies. All the displayed cookies were very cute and well-designed.
My daughter has Celiac Disease and I ordered the gluten-free cookies for a birthday treat for her and she said they were delicious! It's so nice to have a resource for her as so many places are not gluten-free friendly! Thank you for that:-)
